Terms of Use

The rules for using DramaChat, our characters and our subscriptions.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using DramaChat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old. DramaChat contains romantic and suggestive fictional content. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

3. Fictional characters

All characters, conversations, images and voice notes are fictional and AI-generated. They are not real people, they do not represent real individuals, and nothing in the app should be treated as advice from a real person.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. One person per account.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to create or request content involving minors, real people without consent, hate, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload or bypass the service or its safety systems.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Content rules

Romantic and suggestive content is allowed. Explicit sexual content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual scenarios and graphic violence are not allowed.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

• Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
• Gems and other in-app currency are a licence to use features, have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, characters or stories. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its characters, artwork, text and code belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

10. Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
